Ordering and delivery of goods
Delivery Methods
CITA SANTEHNIKA online store offers the following ways for customers to receive purchased goods:
1. COLLECT YOUR PURCHASE FROM THE CITA SANTEHNIKA WAREHOUSE at Rencēnu iela 7B, Riga
You can collect your order placed in our online store from our warehouse at Rencēnu iela 7B, Riga. Opening hours: Mon–Fri: 8:00–17:00 / Sat: – / Sun: –. The product will usually be available for collection on the same business day (from the time of payment), provided that the product is in stock. In some cases, delivery times may change — please follow the information in your profile. Important! Some products have a special indication that they are ready for collection within 2 hours after payment. This information is displayed on the website next to the product description. After placing your order, you will receive information about the expected delivery date, so you can conveniently plan your collection. Please collect your order within 7 business days to avoid additional storage charges. After this period, a storage fee of EUR 2.00 per day will apply. In some cases, delivery may take longer during holidays and/or due to a high volume of orders.
2. DELIVERY TO YOUR SPECIFIED ADDRESS BY COURIER
Please note that the shipment will be handed over only to the recipient specified in the order. Delivery is carried out on business days from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (It is not possible to arrange a specific delivery time, however, the courier service will contact you before the delivery.) ⚠️ IMPORTANT: DELIVERY IS PROVIDED ONLY UP TO THE GATE OF A PRIVATE HOUSE OR THE MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR OF AN APARTMENT BUILDING — WITHOUT CARRYING THE GOODS INSIDE THE PREMISES OR TO ANY FLOOR. We kindly ask customers to arrange the bringing of the goods inside their house or apartment on their own. When choosing courier delivery, your purchased goods can be received within 3–5 working days after payment has been received in our account, provided that the item is in stock. In some cases (during holidays and/or periods of high order volume), delivery may take longer. Please also note that non-standard or oversized shipments may incur an additional charge, which will be displayed when selecting the courier service. EXACT DELIVERY COSTS WILL BE SHOWN DURING THE CHECKOUT PROCESS ONCE YOU SELECT THE DELIVERY OPTION, AS THE PRICE DEPENDS ON SEVERAL FACTORS.
3. Delivery to Parcel Lockers
Orders are delivered within 2-3 working days if the item is in stock. The delivery terms for parcels are as follows: - The total weight of ordered goods must not exceed 30 kg, and the dimensions of the packaging box must not exceed 38x64x39 cm. - The delivery fee for any parcel locker in Latvia is 5.00 EUR. - Upon placing and payment of the order, you will receive the item within the next 2-3 working days. - Once the parcel is placed in the terminal, an SMS with a unique code will be sent to your designated mobile phone. Entering this code into the terminal system will automatically open the locker door containing your parcel. Delivery may take longer during holidays or for large orders.
4. FREE DELIVERY for all orders over 999€.
Delivery will be covered by CITA SANTEHNIKA and carried out either via courier service or by CITA SANTEHNIKA
transport to the address you provide.
The delivery timeframes and terms for this option correspond to those specified in section 2.
**IMPORTANT**
- Upon receiving your purchase, you must present a valid identification document.
- Before accepting the item and signing the delivery note in the courier's presence, visually inspect the external
packaging of the product!
