PRODUCT RETURN
1. When purchasing a product from the online store, the Buyer has the right to use the right of withdrawal and
unilaterally withdraw from the Purchase Agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the day the Buyer (or the
Order recipient) received the Order (hereinafter - the Withdrawal Period), and return the purchased goods from
the online store back to the Seller, receiving a refund for the returned goods. RETURN SHIPPING costs are
covered by the customer, unless the customer requests the return to be organized through our partners. In such
cases, the return cost is calculated individually and deducted from the refund amount upon the customer's
written consent.
2. If, when placing the Order, the Buyer has clearly expressed a desire to use a delivery method that is not the
cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Seller, the Seller has the right not to reimburse the Buyer for
additional delivery expenses.
3. The Buyer must inform the Seller of the decision to use the right of withdrawal before the end of the
withdrawal period by writing to the email: e-veikals@cita.lv, or by calling the customer service phone +371
67199065.
4. The Buyer cannot use the right of withdrawal in the following cases:
4.1. The Buyer has opened the packaging of the goods, which cannot be returned due to health and hygiene
reasons (the list of non-returnable goods is available below).
4.2. The Buyer has used the purchased item for a purpose and to an extent other than necessary to ascertain the
nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods;
4.3. The goods have been damaged/altered after delivery of the Order to the Buyer (or the Order recipient).
4.4. The price of the goods or services depends on financial market fluctuations that the seller or service provider
cannot control and that may occur within the withdrawal period;
4.5. The goods are made according to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
4.6. Special order (goods that were not in stock, and the Seller did not plan to make them but ordered them from
its suppliers directly at the request of the Buyer);
4.7. The goods have irreversibly mixed with other items due to their properties after delivery;
4.8. The consumer has requested the seller or service provider to come and perform urgent repair or technical
maintenance work. If the seller or service provider, upon arriving at the consumer, provides additional services or
supplies goods that are not necessary spare parts to perform repair or technical maintenance work, the right of
withdrawal applies to these additional services or goods;
4.9. Goods marked as "sale" items.
4.10. If the consumer's sealed packaging or vacuum packaging is torn or opened; if any additional label is
removed; if, for health and customer protection reasons, it is not possible to determine that the goods have not
been used;
SPECIFIC GOODS PURCHASED ONLINE THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED:
• Batteries, power blocks;
• Disposable dishes;
• Face masks;
• Headphones, earplugs;
• Household chemical products - sachets, diffusers, glue, and other products from this product category;
• Medical products - plasters, glasses, and other products from this product category;
• Personal hygiene items - toothbrushes, combs, massage accessories, cotton swabs, and other products from
this product category;
• Personal protective equipment - garden gloves, dishwashing gloves, and other products from this product
category;
• Plant seeds;
• Office supplies - markers, paints, pens, and other products from this product category;
• Tights, socks.
Remember! You are responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the withdrawal
period! Therefore, it is recommended to handle the product carefully and to open its packaging cautiously.
